Karma was bred to Gryff, November 2011. Unfortunately she did not catch. We hope to try again on her next heat.

Puppy FAQ

I spend a great deal of time with my puppies to make sure they are exposed to many different situations and get the best start possible. You are welcome to come visit the pups any time and I post weekly (okay honestly I usually post daily!) photos of the puppies so you can watch them grow. I also post videos of them. Before they get to their new homes they will experience:

• Individual handling daily by myself, with visits from all my friends and their kids over to expose them to as many different people and age groups as possible.
• Play with lots of stimulating toys of different sizes and textures.
• Foundation bite work on a puppy tug.
• Lots of outside time playing grass, gravel, metal grates, water etc.
• 2-3 quick baths when they are older.
• Short car rides.
• Videos with different sounds.
• Interaction with friendly older dogs.
• Individual feeding in a crate to get them used to being seperated from their litter and in a crate.
• Paper training from the time they start walking until they go to their new homes. None of my friends believed I could paper train 13 pups so young, the odd pup would miss but overall they were paper trained before they went home. It was so much less work having them all go in the same spot and a great head start for new owners!
• Specialized handling can be provided if requested by new owners.

Picking your puppy

As I have spent time daily with the pups for several weeks, I work with the stud's owner and trainer who is experienced with the breed to assess temperaments and will help you choose the most suitable dog for your situation when you are picking. I will not sell extremely high drive pups to pet homes. Some people were concerned that I would sell them the wrong puppy but when they got together with me and I was able to explain the puppies temperaments to them everyone from the last litter are very happy with their dogs. Over a year later we have seen the dogs grow up and were very close in our temperament testing on how they would turn out as adults.

Cost and Reserving your puppy

Puppies are $1200 with a 25% deposit of $300 to reserve and the remaining $900 due when you receive your puppy. Deposits are 100% refundable in the case that there is not a puppy available.

Additional Info

Puppies are fed a high quality puppy food, will come with their first shots, deworming, vet check, microchip and CKC registration. I offer lifetime support, you can call at any time for advice on training, feeding or just to share how your dog is doing - we love getting pictures and updates of our babies.

Past Litter

Karma had THIRTEEN puppies on July 6, 2010. All puppies have gone to their new homes and those that are in working homes are showing a lot of promise in the field.
